Playing Rolla from Pennsylvania
What Pennsylvania testers found at Rolla
From our verified Pennsylvania reviewer tests: real accounts, real purchases.
Smooth, stall-free performance stood out
Three of four Pennsylvania testers specifically praised how quickly games loaded and moved between the lobby and play.
“Rolla was a very organized casino on the website and it ran smoother than I anticipated.”
“Verification was super easy and the games ran smoothly without and stalls.”
Sales tax is added at checkout on coin packages
One tester flagged that the advertised package price isn't the final price — tax appears on the checkout page.
“What I didn’t like is this site charges taxes on top of the package price. My purchase ended up being $25.71.”
Some games are blocked in Pennsylvania
One of the four Pennsylvania tests found a meaningful share of the library unavailable by location, which soured the experience.
“For this casino a lot of games weren’t available in my location.”

Rated 9/10“Rolla was a very organized casino on the website and it ran smoother than I anticipated. The games were so colorful and It took a few minutes to realize that the currency amount or exchanged from sc to GC was in multiple places and in larger fonts which I always feel provided extra clarity. The more clarity with…”
Rated 8/10“Gotta say, I enjoyed this casino. Lost it all pretty quick though, Yet I still enjoyed the games. Verification was super easy and the games ran smoothly without and stalls. I'll gladly be back to play again. ”
What reviewers criticized“For this casino a lot of games weren’t available in my location. It gives you the option to buy gold coins but it’s crazy to buy those coins when you can’t get a chance to win real money. The account creation and depositing money was easy. Games are decently entertaining.”

Rated 6/10“Rolla is exactly how it sounds, a straightforward gambling site that specializes in slot options. The first thing I clicked on was the “random game” tab, which is a good option if you’re someone who feels overwhelmed by game selection. After the first selection listed a game not available in my location, the second…”
✓ Pros
✗ Cons
What it is
Rolla is a sweepstakes casino operated by MW Services Limited. You play with a free virtual currency, and a second, promotional currency is what can be redeemed. Rolla accepts players in each of the states we cover, as of our last review.
What our reviewers measured
Our reviewer program has logged verified tests on Rolla. Testers rated the purchase step strongly and the redemption step somewhat lower, and most rated their overall experience positively.
Playing free
The signup offer is a free coin pack (see the current offer). No purchase is necessary to take part, and the operator's rules set out an alternative method of entry. Coin packages are optional and only ever buy the free-play currency.
Worth knowing
Site is fully js-gated (nuxt, ssr disabled) — homepage, rules, and terms pages return only a loading shell to non-browser fetchers; could not verify rules text directly, only via page config/third-party reviews Terms change often, so read the operator's current rules before playing.
The full Rolla Pennsylvania review
Four Pennsylvania reviewers tested Rolla between July 22 and September 8, 2026. They scored account creation, coin purchases and redemption ease at 10 out of 10 each, and usability at 9.5. The overall still came out at 7.5, under the national 8.0 from 29 tests in 11 states, because game range scored 7.3 and one tester found a large share of the library blocked. Four tests is a small sample, and none of them recorded a payout time.
What was perfect
Three of the four Pennsylvania testers specifically praised how quickly games loaded and how smoothly the site moved between lobby and play. That is the opposite of the lag complaints Pennsylvania testers made about Pulsz and McLuck's browser version, and in our testing it is Rolla's clearest advantage in the state.
Signup scored 10. Only 1 of the 4 Pennsylvania tests involved an identity check. Rolla's free offer, 10 SC plus 500,000 GC, is credited after ID verification with ID, a selfie and proof of address, so verification is part of the welcome rather than a hurdle at the exit. Coin purchases scored 10 on Trustly bank transfer and card payments routed through a PayCom processor.
The price on the shelf is not the price at checkout
One Pennsylvania tester flagged that sales tax is added to coin packages on the checkout page, so the advertised package price is not the final figure. Nationally, WOW Vegas, Rolla's sister brand, has drawn the same complaint. It is a small amount, but it is the kind of surprise that costs trust.
Games blocked in Pennsylvania
One of the four Pennsylvania tests found a meaningful share of the library unavailable by location, which soured that tester's experience and pulled game range down to 7.3. Quality scored 8.3. Three testers played in the browser only and one used both the website and the app.
Redemption
Redemption ease scored 10 from the Pennsylvania testers who rated it, but no Pennsylvania test reached a timed payout, so we have no speed data for the state. Nationally Rolla's redemption ease is 7.6, the best among the high-volume brands we track, with three days or more the most common timed outcome. Elsewhere testers have documented cash from a balance worth $100 and gift cards from 50 SC. No Pennsylvania tester rated support; nationally it scores 6.3.
Who runs it
Rolla is operated by MW Services Limited of Gibraltar together with WOWCOM Services Inc, a Delaware entity, the same operator family as WOW Vegas, with shared game infrastructure confirmed from Rolla's own runtime configuration. The operator keeps its rules and terms behind a login, so we could not confirm its excluded-state list first-hand.

Our verdict for Pennsylvania players
Rolla is the smoothest site on our Pennsylvania roster and the one with the least evidence behind it. We recommend it for a slots player who values speed and a painless signup, with two cautions: check the checkout total before paying, and expect some titles to be blocked. We will revisit the 7.5 once Pennsylvania testers have measured a payout.
